Boil until tender
8 quarts or 32 cups cut up rhubarb
8 quarts of water
Drain & save liquid.
Add 1-3 oz pkg Cherry Jell-O to hot rhubarb juice
Stir until dissolved.
Add 1-46 oz can pineapple juice
Taste, you may need to add up to 5 1\2 cups sugar
stir until dissolved, refrigerate.
